Gogo Party is operated by Gogo Village Kids Amusement Park LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit gogoparty.ae, create an account, submit an enquiry, book services, leave a review, or communicate with us.

Our website also collects certain technical and usage information through Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel, as explained below.

Customer enquiry and booking information is kept in our business WhatsApp communications, email, and Excel records.
Within our business, access to these customer records is restricted to our administrator.
Website account and review information is also processed through the website systems used to provide those functions.
4. Information Sharing and Service Providers
We do not pass customer enquiry or booking details to event suppliers or other businesses for their own use.
However, information is processed through the technology services we use, including website systems, WhatsApp, email, Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, and Network payment services.
These providers may process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Some may process information outside the United Arab Emirates.
We may also disclose information where required by law or a lawful request from a competent authority.
5. Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, and Cookies
Our website uses:
Google Analytics 4: To understand how visitors use our website, including pages viewed, interactions, and browser or device information. Depending on its configuration, it uses cookies and identifiers to distinguish visits.
Meta Pixel: To measure website activity associated with advertising and support advertising audience features. It may send information about website visits, interactions, and browser or device identifiers to Meta.
Our website does not currently provide an on-site cookie consent banner.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings and use privacy controls provided by Google and Meta. These controls may limit certain tracking, but they do not necessarily prevent every transmission of information.

6. Payments
We send payment links through our payment partner, Network.
When you follow a payment link, payment information is submitted through Network’s payment service. Its privacy policy and terms apply to information it collects.
We use booking and payment confirmation information to administer your booking. Please do not send card numbers, security codes, or other sensitive payment credentials to us through email or WhatsApp.
7. Offers and Promotional Messages
We send offers and information about our services to customer contacts.
You can ask us to stop promotional messages at any time by replying to a message or emailing info@gogoparty.ae. We will act on your request.
We may still contact you about an active enquiry, booking, payment, or another necessary service matter.
Promotional communications remain subject to applicable consent and marketing requirements.
8. Event Photography and Videos
We photograph and film event setups, decorations, equipment, and activities. Although the setup is the focus, adults or children may appear in the frame.
Please tell our team if you or your child should not appear in photographs or videos. You can raise this before or during the event.
If an image containing you or your child has been published on a channel we control, contact info@gogoparty.ae to request its review and removal.
An opportunity to opt out does not replace any permission required by law for capturing or publishing identifiable people.
9. Children’s Information
For birthday arrangements, a parent, guardian, or authorised adult may provide a child’s name and age.
We use those details to organise or personalise the requested birthday service. Please provide only the child information needed for the booking.
Parents or guardians can contact us to request correction or deletion of a child’s information, subject to applicable legal requirements.
10. Customer Reviews
If you submit a review for publication, its content and associated display name may be visible to website visitors.
Please avoid including private contact details or information about other people in a public review.
Contact us if you wish to request removal of a review or personal information contained in it.
11. Retention and Deletion
We currently do not have a fixed retention period for customer enquiry and booking records.
You may contact us to request deletion of your personal information. We will delete information from records we control unless it must be retained for a legal obligation, an unresolved dispute, or another reason permitted by law.
Deletion from our records does not automatically delete information independently held by payment, communication, analytics, or advertising providers. Their retention practices and privacy procedures apply to their records.

Internal access to customer enquiry and booking records is restricted to our administrator.
No website, communication platform, or electronic storage method is completely secure. Please avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information through our enquiry forms or messages.
13. Your Privacy Requests
Subject to applicable law, you may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. You may also request that certain processing stop or withdraw consent where processing depends on consent.
We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Some requests may be limited by legal obligations or other applicable exceptions.
